Scott Cantley is the president and CEO of Marietta Memorial Hospital and the Memorial Health System since January 2009. Scott first joined the Memorial Health System in 1994 as the Administrative Director of Human Resources. He has previously held positions as Vice President HR & Support Services and Sr. Vice President & Chief Operation Officer. He received a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marshall University and attended West Virginia University for his master’s degree in business administration. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Eric is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Memorial Health System since 2011. He is responsible for the accounting and finance, revenue cycle, IT and Materials Management systems. Prior to joining the health system, he spent five years as the CFO for Harnett Health System in Dunn, North Carolina and six years as the CFO for Madison County Hospital in London, Ohio. He’s held positions at Ernst & Young in Columbus, Ohio and Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware, Ohio. Young has an MBA in Business Administration from Capital University and a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from Urbana University.
